IBDC Offices Move to the International Center
Effective February 15th the Free Trade Alliance (Alliance) will relocate its International Business Development Center (IBDC) from Port San Antonio to the International Center, located at 203 S. St. Mary’s, Ste. 160. Port San Antonio has been a gracious host of the IBDC program and our foreign investors for several years, and continues to be a strong partner with the Alliance. The move of the IBDC program to our downtown location, consolidates the Alliance offices into the International Center.
We are currently in the process of remodeling the new IBDC offices, furnishing them and adding services for our investor clients. As such, we are asking for your support of our foreign investment efforts and growing San Antonio’s international diversity, by sponsoring the IBDC program. This program currently serves 21 foreign companies and had an economic impact to the community of $6.8 million in 2008. Attached are the sponsorship commitments, which will allow your company considerable visibility to current and prospective foreign investors.
